IWT — International Welding Technologist

Pragmatic welding advice and process optimisation. Our IWT welding coordination translates standards and customer requirements into a practical approach that works on the shop floor.

• Selection and optimisation of welding processes and filler metals
• Preparing and safeguarding WPS/WPQR
• Welding coordination per ISO 14731: planning, heat input, distortion control; troubleshooting and welder training/qualification

Outcome: higher first-time-right, lower failure costs, and predictable lead time.

IWI — International Welding Inspector

Independent verification and quality assurance. Our IWI inspectors (B/S/C) assess welds objectively and provide clear reports.

• Incoming, in-process and final checks (visual/dimensional) with photo documentation
• Verification against acceptance criteria (e.g., ISO 5817 / ISO 10042)
• Coordination of NDT (PT/MT/UT/RT) and interpretation of results; documentation and traceability fitting within ISO 3834

Outcome: demonstrable quality and swift release at delivery.

Certified TIG Welding (GTAW)

TIG is the go-to choice for critical joints with high finish and hygiene requirements. Our certified TIG welders deliver spatter-free, dimensionally accurate welds—at our workshop or on-site.
